Paweł Dylik is an experienced key grip who has worked for many years on film and television productions in Poland. He is a highly respected specialist in his field.
In recent years, Paweł has served as key grip on productions both in Poland and abroad, including Kobieta Z…, Minghun, True Crime, Valley of Flowers, Miasto 44, Wszystko Co Kocham, and Chłopaki Nie Płaczą.
His workshop will cover the role and responsibilities of a key grip, as well as a presentation and hands-on training with professional stabilization equipment, such as
dolly tracks, the RONIN gimbal in various configurations, car mounts, and the Black Arm system.

A modern Film and Television Studio covering 220 m² with a working height of 5 meters, which can be divided into two functional zones of 85 m² and 135 m². The studio is equipped with an electrically retractable cyclorama (green, black, white) for 360-degree shoots and supports modern 4K HDR production, allowing the use of up to 8 cameras simultaneously for live streaming or 4K HDR recording.
The Katowice Film School is equipped with state-of-the-art gear for producing student films and documentaries. Equipment includes: Blackmagic URSA Mini Pro camera kits with full accessories, Panasonic Varicam LT kits with full accessories, Sony cameras such as FS7 MkII, PXW-X70, FS-100, EX1; lens kits including SONY SCL-PK6M, SAMYANG (9-lens sets), SIGMA ART, ZEISS PL, CANON K35 BNCR, and more. The school also has a wide range of film and effect lighting, including equipment from DeSisti, ARRI, Lishuai, Fomei, Yaniro, Dedo, and many others.

Spacious apartment in the center of Katowice, at 7 Pawła Street, near the Krzysztof Kieślowski Film School.
With three rooms, a kitchen, and a bathroom, totalling nearly 80 m², this workshop location is sure to spark participants’ creativity and allow them to immerse themselves in filmmaking in comfortable conditions. Its proximity to the Film School ensures easy transport of equipment as well as access to student assistance and social facilities.
During work at the location, course participants will also have the opportunity to collaborate with sound engineers, a makeup artist, and actors.
