Paweł Dylik is an experienced key grip who has worked for many years on film and television productions in Poland. He is a highly respected specialist in his field.
In recent years, Paweł has served as key grip on productions both in Poland and abroad, including Kobieta Z…, Minghun, True Crime, Valley of Flowers, Miasto 44, Wszystko Co Kocham, and Chłopaki Nie Płaczą.
His workshop will cover the role and responsibilities of a key grip, as well as a presentation and hands-on training with professional stabilization equipment, such as
dolly tracks, the RONIN gimbal in various configurations, car mounts, and the Black Arm system.

- Practical use of tools, i.e. what a gripman actually does on a film set!
- Operating a dolly and laying tracks.
- Assembling a car mount.
- Introduction to other tools and their use.
Day 2
- The theoretical part is an introduction to the profile of a typical gripman!
- The history of the profession, pros and cons, health and safety, everything a gripman should know (at least in theory)!
- The gripman as the camera operator’s right-hand man.
- Useful skills.
