Mistrz oświetlenia, czy z ang. gaffer jest głównym elektrykiem odpowiedzialnym za wykonanie planu oświetlenia produkcji filmowej.
Podczas warsztatów uczestnicy nie tylko zapoznają się z różnymi rodzajami sprzętu oświetleniowego używanego na planie filmowym, zasad ustawiania i przenoszenia sprzętu oświetleniowego oraz sprzętu elektrycznego (pierwsze dwa dni w siedzibie Cinelight Kraków), ale również poznają tajniki zarządzania oświetleniem i nadzorowania ekipy oświetlaczy. Mistrz oświetlenia ściśle współpracuje z autorem zdjęć, warsztaty zakończy praca w lokacji filmowej oraz w studio filmowym. Uczestnicy będą mogli spróbować swoich sił we wdrażaniu wskazówek operatora dotyczących oświetlenia każdej sceny w filmie. Na kursie poznacie również terminologię najczęściej używaną przez gafferów i elektryków na planie filmowym.

- Praktyczne wykorzystanie narzędzi czyli co gripman faktycznie robi na planie filmowym!
- Obsługa wózka filmowego wraz z układaniem szyn.
- Montaż car mounta.
- Wprowadzenie do innych narzędzi i ich wykorzystanie.
2-Dzień
- Część teoretyczna to przybliżenie sylwetki typowego gripmana!
- Historia zawodu, plusy i minusy, BHP, wszystko co gripman (przynajmniej teoretycznie) wiedzieć powinien!
- Gripman jako lewa ręka operatora kamery.
- Przydatne umiejętności.
- Zapoznanie się z najczęściej używanymi narzędziami podczas wizji lokalnej w rentalu.

- Operating a dolly and laying tracks.
- Assembling a car mount.
- Introduction to other tools and their use.
Day 2
- The theoretical part is an introduction to the profile of a typical gripman!
- The history of the profession, pros and cons, health and safety, everything a gripman should know (at least in theory)!
- The gripman as the camera operator’s right-hand man.
- Useful skills.
